Minvest International is the parent entity of a group of independent service companies operating predominantly in the exploration and mining sectors in Indonesia, Australia and Madagascar. Minvest was established in Indonesia in the 1980's, at that time under a different name, by a group of Indonesian and foreign mining professionals to assist in the development of Indonesia's coal and mineral resources.

Minvest later diversified into the Australian and Madagascan marketplaces to expand it's presence in these regions.

Minvest International's services include exploration and mine consulting, civil engineering and materials handling, drilling and geophysical logging services and seismic programs.

Minvest International's Indonesian entities are PT. Asiadrill Bara Utama (drilling services) and PT. Velseis Indonesia (geophysical logging). Its Australian entities are Belldale Enterprises PL (drilling services) and RG Geologging Australia PL (geophysical logging). Minvest International also provides a drilling service in Madagascar through Madagascar Drilling SA.

Minvest's past and present client base includes some of the regions largest mining and energy companies including BHPBilliton, Xstrata, Anglo, Origin Energy, Bumi Resources and New Hope Corporation at the mines of Adaro Indonesia, Arutmin, Kaltim Prima Coal, in Indonesia and Oaky Creek, Moura, Blackwater, Norwich Park, Crinum, and Goonyella in Australia.
